A lot of fun activities have taken place this month with as many members as possible, because the covid rules have been less strict. The ToeCo has been busy organizing an amazing Ha-Stu beachtournament. Everyone was beaching while the sun was shining. The teams recieved a special Ha-Stu tournament shirt and the winners recieved a RietAdtje. Which was definitely used later that day. In addition, the first borrel took place at our sponsor; de Fuik. We started already at the end of the afternoon, we did this to make sure that everyone could drink many beers and shots. Everyone was able to catch up or get to know each other. There were plenty of new members, who immediately felt very much at home. Both parties ended in amazing afterparties and lasted till the early morning.
Perhaps the best news is that we have full access to practise in the hall again. We can finally do our sprints, breaks and defence. All this to prepare everyone for a new season with matches again. In addition, many new members are already joining! This is of course great news for Ha-Stu.
The summer is coming, but it doesn't mean that Ha-Stu is sitting still. Both the legendary closing party and the committee thank you day are still on the schedule. The LeCo is already busy with the intro and Welptember at the end of the summer. Please help out! In addition, you can train all summer long and there are plenty of beers to drink at our sponsors or in the sportcafé!
